9/16/10 Workout

5 hours of sleep + 2 hour nap after class.

Partial rest day
4x30 seconds plank
100 situps
4x25 bird dogs
Extended Stretching session.

Later, ran some sprints through the volleyball courts. Did 10 reps at about 70 yds.
Big change from concrete.

Motivation for the day: "Get Sandy!"
